Early Head Start/Head Start
UICS St. Mark Child and Family Development Center is a collaborating agency with The Family Conservancy to provide Early Head Start/Head Start programming (Birth through 5). Head Start began in 1965 and has a long history of delivering comprehensive services. Head Start has historically set the bar for excellence in the early childhood field by emphasizing cognitive, social, emotional and physical development as well as parent involvement.
